My FAVORITE icecream place. I recommend it everywhere i go. I love the look on people's faces when they see they size chart for the large ice cream cone. And when they really get it. Its true to size 😂🍦🍦🍦 just like it says on their posters

Great little shop with seating inside or out. Friendly staff. The food and ice cream is always quick, fresh and delicious! If you go to visit the great town of Saugatuck/Douglas, don't forget to stop by this great snack shack. If you do, you'll be missing out!

My Wife & I both got very good Turtle Sundaes. Prices are a bit high. Large was $5.90 xl-large was $7. However they do not skimp on the toppings. They are fast & friendly too.

I'm sorry to post a negative review, but I was alarmed by how ridiculously large the serving sizes were here. I ordered a mini cone and it was about a double scoop anywhere else. Other people in line commented too. But what really bothered me is the fact that everything came in a Styrofoam cup. For those of you who love lake Michigan, I've been seeing increased bits of Styrofoam washing up into the sand. Be conscious of what you're putting into our local environment.

Wonderful variety of ice cream. They even have Dole Whip. Serving sizes are huge here! Cute outdoor seating around the outside of the parking lot as well as an indoor ice cream parlor you could eat.

Driving through the town, we happened upon this place. Service was great. We ordered shakes and malts. It was pretty awesome. Big selection of different cold/frozen items. If I ever get back to the area, I'd go again.

Was the most Insane Ice cream Waffle cone I have ever had. Must have had a quart of ice 🍨 🍦 could not even begin to finish. We then realized why people were ordering smalls and kiddie cones😂🤣

Oooo I got me a BIG scoop of blue moon here. I'm a grown man and that itty bitty kiddy scoop size was still more than I bargained for.

What can I say? This is THE quintisential ice cream place. The portions are big, so don't be afraid to go smaller than "normal." No Saugatuck vacation visit is complete without visiting this place.

Their Nachos Delux are amazing good. A short walk from the Saugatuck Cottage Suites where I stay. If your craving some good fast and reasonable this is a good spot. I also had one of their ice cream cakes given to me as a gift for my birthday last month.. OMG... Soooooo good too!

Great place, huge servings. If your getting some for a small child do not order a small...get the itty bitty ;) yummy turtle sundae and huge waffle cones!

No use of gloves. 1 pen to share between hundreds of customers. This is how covid transfers. They are not enforcing any type of social distancing either. Very disappointed at their lack of safety during this pandemic. Will not be going here ever again as they dont seem to care about the safety and wellbeing of our community.

Love the people who work here. They are very friendly and quick service. The prices and ice cream are amazing!! You get soooo much bang for your buck. There's a reason that there is a line! Sizes are HUGE!

Delicious ice cream. Inexpensive. Portions are huge, so I’d recommend the kid’s cone to most people. I’ve attached a picture of a single scoop (they ran out of my initial pick, so that’s why it’s two different kinds).

The perfect pit stop after a long day at the beach! I don’t think there’s anything better than the classic chocolate vanilla twist when it comes to soft serve ice cream!

The whole family loved it! It was cheap and we had a pretty good amount of ice cream for the price. They had some locally made ice cream too.

Found this great spot on my way home from Saugatuck Dunes. They have a lot of great choices on their menu for all ages, I ended up choosing a PB cup flurry that was amazing! They are very fast, especially for how busy they were at 9 PM, with more and more people arriving every minute.I definitely recommend stopping here after a fun filled day at the lake or while out exploring. Awesome experience!

Busy place in summer. Big servings of ice cream. A few places to sit and enjoy. Some food like hot dogs. Waffle cones and sundaes. Friendly folks.

Like, seriously. This place is great! The ice cream is priced right, the service is fantastic, the parking is terrible when they're busy, but you don't have to wait forever in line even when they're slammed. I'm glad to have found this little gem!

Ice cream sizes were HUGE! Dont order the large cone for 1 person! Prices a bit higher than we're used to but we WILL return because the sizes of the cones well makes up for the price. Give it a try.

The positive reviews on Google were what helped us select this exit location while touring Saugatuck. Their portions for price ratio is amazing! Get your kids the "itty bitty"-- they will barely be able to finish the huge sized ice cream. All-Beef Chicago dogs and crinkle cut french fries for a dinner after a day at the lake. Pure Michigan splendor, Charming shaded seats picnic tables and benches, tables with umbrellas, and excellent selection of cakes and frozen treats. The best part though was certainly excellent customer service everyone working there was enthusiastic, friendly, smiling and incredibly helpful.
